Amazing vegan buffet - Edit
Fresh and healthy vegan food buffet that was so delicious. They have a variety of hot and cold food all 100% vegan. Really nice atmosphere and great staff. The price is also so reasonable. Definitely check it out!

If you are a backpacker that is tight with money, yet want quality vegan food, I highly recommend this place. It is very cheap for how much you can get (which is endless, literally). The atmosphere is very nice and the options for food is fantastic. There are large tables so it can cater to larger groups of people.

Superb value for money with an extensive menu of Vegan-only food which changes on a daily basis. Absolutely delicious and imaginative.

We were not sure what to expect from Daterra as we’d seen somewhere that they served a vegetarian/vegan buffet. When we walked into the large smart restaurant the very helpful staff told us everything was fully vegan - fantastic!!
Read moreWe had the buffet which meant you could go up as many times as you liked to sample the different cold and hot foods. Everything was very tasty with so much choice.
Separate from the buffet were the desserts which again there was a great choice to order from. The banoffee cake was amazing!!
Thoroughly recommend daterra which is really good value.
Disappointed that this restaurant does not always appear in search results in HappyCow.

We really enjoyed the all you can eat buffet lunch today. Amazing flavours, and a great choice. Followed by cake, banoffee and mango cheesecake and coffee. V friendly owner who explained hygiene precautions around Covid. Restaurant has only been open a few weeks. It will do very well, I am sure ☕️☕️☕️👍👍👍🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽

What a sensation. Choosing from a variety of different tastes. Everything was nice and unique. Also the desserts were delicious. Service friendly helpfull People. Getting the bill was a nice surprise. 33 euro form 2 persons. Don't hesitate. Open the green door and enjoy Da terra.

Good entourage and very kind staff. Once you open the green front door, you enter a big restaurant that looks very clean and fresh. Then someone of the staff comes to welcome you and if it’s the first time, they explain how it works. You choose a table and can grab some food from the buffet any time you want with many original, healthy 100% vegan options. There are cards beside the dishes so you know what’s in it, like nuts for example (important for me since I’m allergic). Drinks and desserts are not included, but we still paid so little for 2 persons (not even €30 and we’ve eaten so much and good). Since you we had no more space for dessert, we decided to come back another time :).

Amazing to find a (all you can eat) vegan buffet here for only €9,50 (€11,5 in the weekend). My eyes were clearly bigger than the stomach, but I eventually manage to finish the 2 plates and soup, and got cake to go.

PS: She started this restaurant in January ‘22 and is already planning on opening another one in Lagos this summer!

Read moreThe buffet is a mix of different styles, er had curry as well as salad and vegan versions of specialities. I really liked to try out the different things :)
And I had a great chocolate cake for dessert.
I was there on a Monday in January for dinner and the place was really empty, but I think that can only be because it was the wrong time for tourists and eating out - the food was really good! #Veganuary

Hands down the best place I've eaten at in Faro! Their all you can eat buffet has so much choice, everything is vegan but even meat eaters will enjoy it. The food is super tasty and the staff is really nice. Went 3 times over my 4 days stay, would highly recommend!

It’s a cozy place with Mediterranean Ambiente. Gabriela, the owner is such nice person. The buffet offers a huge variety of vegan food and everything seems to be made with love. We didn’t know the concept before but fell in love immediately. #Veganuary
