Wir haben uns für die Sunny Bowl und hausgemachte Granola mit 3 Toppings entschieden. Dazu wählten wir Tee und Orangensaft sowie Latte Macchiato mit Hafermilch. Alles war lecker, es hat uns aber nicht richtig satt gemacht.
Alle Möbel und Accessoires im Laden können gekauft werden. Das gibt dem Karl eine besondere Atmosphäre.
Wir haben uns entschieden, einen Stern abzuziehen, da wir für 30 Euro zu zweit schon besser gefrühstückt haben, dennoch war das Essen im Karl gut.

Due to travelling via Düsseldorf we wanted to try a breakfast location and decided for the Karl. There are clearly labelled vegan Options in the menu.
We took the sunny bowl and the homemade granola with 3 toppings. Our beverages were a black tea, orange juice and a latte macchiato with oat milk. Everything was good but we were not satisfied.
You can buy all furniture stuff, what makes the Karl kind of unique.
Pros: vegan options, special dishes, nice atmosphere
Cons: not fully vegan, a bit pricy

I Came here for breakfasts and had a Matcha latte with out milk and the vegan pancakes. Both we're very good and affordable.

I had breakfast here (the vegan pancakes) and it tasted really good! We had to wait a little longer for oir food because there were only two staff members, but they were very kind and spoke English very well!

Staff was incredibly friendly and very forthcoming.
The interior is of course also real nice as you can buy it all (since they are classified as a shop you can still go inside to get food, even during lockdown, which is a nice touch) and the location, close to the central station is of course also a big plus since you can stop here during transit.
Would definitely recommend you give it a try!

The new café is just a stone's throw from the main station and has many vegan options. Staff is really welcoming and knowledgable about vegan. The eye-catching interior design and decoration can be purchased and creates a nice and relaxed atmosphere. My vegan pancakes with three toppings (according to your choice - I picked mixed berries, nuts & coconut flakes) are super tasty and fluffy! You can have a great (all day) breakfast or a snack here. I will be back soon :-)
