Great vegan options - Edit
For a vegan person it's not easy to eat at cafeterias, but Darkcoffee has various options. I had pão de beijo (vegan version of brazilian cheese bread) and brookie (cookie+brownie) and both are delicious! Highly recomend those dishes. In my opinion, the prices are just like any other cafeteria in Rio.

The have very few vegan options. The coffee with almond milk was tasty. The pao de beijos was also good. Same for thr coconut cake. The place is very hipster though

Cafe close to the centre, good amount of vegan options. I had the stroganoff and coconut cake which was delicious! One of the best cakes a had!

This very cool coffee shop offers a great range of vegan items including a vegan version of pão de queijo which was great. They also have a delicious vegan sandwich with sundried tomato, heart of palm and pesto.
