Casual Taco Shop - Edit
Lots of options for tacos/burritos/bowls including with vegan meat (impossible chopped steak). There were lots of salsas and slaws to choose from and the workers were knowledgeable on how to customise to make vegan or vegetarian as we wanted. Great for some tasty food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Huge menu with some Vegan possibilities - Edit
This place is great. The have a huge menu and they're very relaxed. One of the employees is formerly plantbased so she was able to guide us on the menu options. The food was delicious. Definitely adding this to our hot spots if we need food while we're out in Morehead.
