We've been vegan since 1990 and eat mostly whole foods. We came to Maine to do a week long cycling tour. The tour company tried as best they could to accommodate our food choices but a week of mediocre food left us craving greens. This place really hit the spot...Made to order salads with a huge array of options. Fresh ingredients. Perfect. So good we actually ate there two days in a row. Actually on the second day we did take-out so we could have salad on the bus to Boston. Yes, it's a bit spendy. If I lived here I'd just make my own. But quality organic ingredients cost money as does good staff. Happy to support them. Wish they were a chain.
