Bad! Quality is no good. They never listen to what I ordered! - Edit
I ordered Wanton Mee with mee pok(thick) noodles but they still gave the thin noodles.
Read moreThe dumplings are not crispy and cooked properly.
They never even called me despite sitting next to the tall beside the stall when my food was ready.
Very disappointed. I feel their food and service quality standard have dropped over the years. I don’t think I will ever order Wanton Mee from bere in the future as I feel it’s not worth the $5.50!

Nasi lemak, chicken rice - Edit
The chicken rice and nasi lemak's rice were both very fragrance, recommend. All the take away rice was basically their chicken rice (not plain rice), so i like them too.

Good valued meal - Edit
I had the mock chicken and rice which came in a nice serving for one with green vegetable and a side soup. Enjoyed the taste and it reminded me of why I love eating locally.

Oops, haha, I ate a quarter when I took the photo. So I arrived just before 11 a.m, and it seemed the queue formed thereafter so now you know the best time to drop by. The soup may have msg.

Good place - Edit
Great place and there's always either a line of they are sold out. So you gotta be quick! Good food and they have increased their prices over the last few months but all dishes are still under 5 dollars and taste really good. I don't think everything is vegan here so you are going to have to ask. I believe the char side they add in the chicken rice is not vegan.

You'll hardly meet vendors like this anymore. I asked to omit charsiew and add veggies beans sprouts on my dishes and he didn't even charge me extra! Shocking! So much on every dish! The veggies, ingredients, chilli, all so generous!

Good & Cheap Vegetarian Food close to Aljunied MRT - Edit
This vegetarian eatery has been here for quite long and is my first choice go-to eatery for vegetarian food if I go to Aljunied area for Meditation and have no other vegetarian food craving. Located near the Aljunied MRT, so very convenient.

Cheap comfort food - Edit
The one place where it’s possible to enjoy everything under $5, without compromising on quality. Their porridge (congee) is cooked for hours and came out thick and really fluffy, alongside being very flavourful, but not overbearing. It’s a Vegan remake of the classic chicken porridge in Singapore, and for those who grew up with savoury porridge it’s definitely a must try. The nasi briyani came with hands down the best watery-curry I have ever had, not too spicy with just the right level of flavour.

Vegan stall outside Ajunied MRT - Edit
Visited the stall during lunch time and a queue start to build up as it is a single person operation. I ordered the Ji Xiang Porridge(吉祥粥) S$3.00. While waiting, I asked if the Laksa contains milk and was delighted that he answered they served all vegan dish. The porridge was simple yet very delicious, served with some youtiao (Chinese fried dough). I will be back to taste other dish in future visit.
