Loads of vegan and vegetarian options - Edit
Everything on the food menu starts as vegetarian. Steak, Chicken (meat options), Tofu, and Guacamole are all extra cost. So, if you hold the cheese and/or curried chickpeas, and choose a vegan dressing and/or sauce, then your choice becomes vegan.

The combinations of vegetarian/vegan possibilities are really outstanding.
All smoothies/shakes are vegetarian, and 4 out of 8 on the menu are vegan.

Inconsistent - Edit
I want to like Currito, but the last two times I ordered they accidentally mixed a little piece of chicken in my vegan wrap so I can’t trust that it will be all vegan. The counter where they make all the food is kind of messy especially when they get busy and it would be very easy to mix up chicken or cheese into one of the veggie ingredients. For this reason I don’t go there anymore, but other people might not be as particular in which case you would probably love their vegan wraps/bowls.

Tons of vegetarian options. The best sauces and flavors are not vegan, resulting in a bland chipotle-like experience.
