Decent 3.5

Cuchara is a chain so it's all kind of the same.
You get to customise your order at every step so you can make it vegetarian or vegan.
For the filling they have fajita vegetables or tofu aside from the usual rice, beans and lettuce.
I got the tofu (the fajita vegetables are mainly onions which I'm not a big fan of).
The tofu looked very red so I asked if it's spicy, they said a little bit and that was accurate.
I got sour cream and avocado (pay extra) to make it more mild, cause I'm VERY bad with spice, and even though it was still a little spicy, I was able to finish the whole burrito ✨

Overall it's a solid choice when you're hungry and can't find anything else. It's not spectacular but it fills you up and is quite nice.

This location was a bit hard to find, as it didn't show up on Kakao or Naver map. It's in an office building behind the lotte queen(?) Mall, which is next to the Lotte world mall... I looked up the branch address on the cuchara website and just looked for it that way. You can look for Hyanggun Tower to find the building.

Pros: Highly customisable, Mild options available , Chain predictability

Cons: Hard to find, Guacamole is pay extra, Mild options still a little spicy

Perfect

Scratches the Chipotle itch. Would give 5 stars if I could. Delicious, efficient, what more can I say. If you like chipotle or Tex mex food, you’ll like Cuchara.

It’s ok. Good but not great.

So they have a tofu option or you can just ask for just roast veggies which is what I did. It was ok but not the best. Quite pricy for what it is and the rice was very dry but I did enjoy my meal.

Pros: Separate vegan ingredients , Willing to make it the way you want

Cons: Price, Food was a bit dry
