Fun place with friends - Edit
Great for groups, amazing cocktails and atmosphere. Depending on the time you visit I’d say it’s definitely for going out - the music can be loud but it’s a great atmosphere. Wide selection of vegan tapas.

Lots of effort put in for vegans - Edit
We booked Cubana for our staff Christmas party. They offered a buffet for £16 pp, however they let the vegans choose 4 tapas dishes from the vegan menu. It was brilliant. Lots of choice and lots of nice options, even the omnis came over to our spread because it looked to good!

Served Us Dairy - Edit
Despite mentioning we were vegans when booking, despite them confirming this in a follow up call later, despite requesting and receiving the vegan menu when we arrived, despite ordering from the vegan menu, and despite the server acknowledging that we were vegan, we were given two dishes with dairy in.
Read moreWe only realised halfway through when a lady came rushing over and stopped us, explaining there’d been a mistake. Before I’d had chance to ask for the manager he was on his way to our table. He apologised profusely and comped our meal. But we left there and then. Despite an offer of a free meal when we return, i explained we will not be coming back.
My fiancée was utterly distraught by the experience.
Imagine if we’d had a dairy allergy.
Pros: Extensive vegan menu, Staff very apologetic
Cons: Served vegans dairy containing products , Made a silly and potentially dangerous mistake, Small tables for couples with not enough room

Delicious vegan menu - Edit
We happened across this place while on an overnight trip to Sheffield. The (separate) Vegan menu was refreshingly not based around fake meats or tofu, and the food was really tasty. Quick service and friendly staff. Lots of live music events advertised.

Great food and lovely atmosphere - Edit
Separate vegan menu with lots of options. Food was tasty, quick service, relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. We had to leave before the live entertainment (guitar player), which was a shame but seems they have lots of different visiting musicians so hope to go back.
Read moreOnly downside on the menu was a lack of beans/pluses/tofu. Lots of vegetable options plus rice dishes, potato dishes and salads.

Tasty vegan tapas - Edit
Popped in here for a quick meal whilst on an overnight visit to Sheffield. We had the aubergine dish, mushroom risotto, sweet potato dish and the sauteed mushrooms. Food was nice and tasty, but lacking in any source of protein. All of the dishes arrives promptly and we benefitted in the Happy hour offer of two tapas for £10.50 and cheaper house wines. Could also get reduced price cocktails and other drinks until 6pm I think. Would certainly come here again for something different to the usual vegan fare availabe at other restaurants.

Cons: No protein in any of the dishes

Very pleasant vegan tapas and paella . - Edit
Came here with some non vegan family members so that we had somewhere for all of us to eat. Was perfect for a range of tastes and predilections. The waiting staff were very clued up on the vegan offerings and made sure to announce which tapas dishes were vegan as they turned up. This was needed because there were lots of dishes on the table. All of the tapas dishes were very nice but the Paella stole the show. I thought that it was a very good effort and one of the best that I have outside of Spain. Quite a lot of food with the Paella for two and 4 tapas dishes. Unusually for us we didn't manage to eat it all. There is an NCP car park close by but id fairly expensive.
Read morePros: Great Paella, Reasonable range of Tapas, Nice vibe with the dancing downstairs.
Cons: Parking not convenient
