They have 3 vegan options in the menu that are clearly labeled. You can also build your own.

Cheeseless delights - Edit
Cryptic Pizza is a sweet little joint facing the scenic Patuxent River. Two of its standard 12” brick-fired pizzas — Presto and Vampire Slayer — are entirely and wonderfully cheeseless, highly original vegan options. Both were delicious — the former in its complexity, and the latter in its simplicity. We look forward to returning next time we are down that way.
