Unassuming but soulful

I visited Croqueburguer with a (non-vegan) family member.

What stood out most to me was the general vibe of the place, it was fantastic. Croqueburguer is very central, near a lot of other restaurants in a street just off from the cathedral. Inside and outside, it was buzzing. There weren't any tables spare so we each took a stool at the bar, where we were served with a smile (and impeccable English).

I had a vegan burger, while my company for the evening had patatas bravas with a fried egg, with beers on the side for each. They also had a selection of croquetas, which I'd like to try when I next go back to Badajoz. My burger was great for the price, and there was only praise for the patatas bravas. The food came out quickly, and in truth, both plates were soon clean again.

Highly recommended.

Its good

Best place in Badajoz for cheap vegan options, food isn't spectacular but portions are filling and very big for their price. EDIT: Croquettes are pricier, was thinking mainly of the bean burgers when writing this.
