Vegan paella & fab service !! - Edit
We sat outside & it was great vibes on the long stretch of road / restaurants. It’s a 45 min waiting time for Paella and they do a vegan version if you ask for it - made with oil & veggies (mushrooms, asparagus, butter beans) and it was super yummy. I also don’t think it actually took that long to come. Also really nice service from the girls that work there! Not much else on the menu that’s vegan other than a Paella and an asparagus salad without the cheese. But I really enjoyed it here

not many options, but great food! - Edit
we were going to this bistro because we read that they offer vegan paella. unfortunately not when we visited, bit the staff was very nice and pointed out other items on the menu that were either vegan or could be made vegan (it is not marked on the menu). we then ordered some grilled asparagus, a tomato salad and bread with olive oil. everything tasted great and was super fresh and well seasoned!

location is great!

Tasty vegan options available - Edit
The starter of artichoke with boletus and almond was very tasty. It was a big portion which you can easily share with two. We ordered the paella with vegetables and it was delivered to our table fast and boiling hot. It was very tasty, I'm not an expert on paellas but I can tell when food is nicely prepared and when combinations are uncommon. The vegetable paella had string beans, mushrooms, white beans, with a little twig of fresh rosemary on top. That was a nice touch and combined very well. The paella and starter left us satisfied so we didn't try a dessert. Also because they only had a milk soaked brioche fried in honey.
Read moreMore vegan desserts would be very appreciated and judging by the vegan dishes we tried they certainly know how to prepare good food, so I'm confident they will be able to prepare more plant-based dishes.
Thank you guys, for a nice meal, and overall positive experience!
Pros: Authentic vibe, Very tasty vegan options, amongst which the paella, Big portions
Cons: Only 1 dessert was available when we were there
