Interesting options - Edit
They have three vegan salad options. I wanted to try the beyond meat taco bowl but they were out of ingredients so I ordered the tofu hummus bowl instead. It was good food. I did notice that my bowl didn’t have any tofu in it even though it’s called a tofu hummus bowl. Would definitely want to go back and try the beyond meat taco bowl.

This is a new chain of salad shop that does not get any mention but they have a vegan menu, with great vegan salads.
Read moreI had the hummus bowl. It was a great salad. The cauliflower and mushrooms were great. The hummus was legit. It all comes together nicely. Will keep a look out for the other branches.
