Date Chorizo ftw… - Edit
Pretty good! 3.5 stars. Ordered delivery to our Airbnb nearby. Dumplings weren’t huge, ordered 3 sets of 3 vegan ones. More than enough food, surprisingly. Sauces were flavorful. The date chorizo was by far and away my fave.

Omni folks in order enjoyed theirs as well.
Pros: Good flavor and more filling than expected. , Lots of vegan options. , Quick
Cons: Don’t do math. Price per dumpling vs size

Wide Selection of Delicious Vegan Options - Edit
They have vegan versions of nearly all of their dumplings. Most are very good, especially the “basic” pork dumpling and the date chorizo. Also uses Hungry Planet, which is a bit healthier than other major fake meats.

Delicious Dumplings - Edit
I have tried almost all of their potstickers. My favs are the buffalo, chorizo, and Vietnamese. Lemongrass is a runner up (I like the sauce better than than the dish). The tikka masala and apple pie potstickers were just ok. I didn’t like the roasted cauliflower.

Great options! - Edit
This place was amazing! The vegan lemongrass chicken potstickers were super flavorful and delicious! The meal with a side is a great value, and all the other vegan options looked amazing as well. Will definitely be going back to try the rest!

Great Vegan Options, Trendy Spot - Edit
Crispy Edge serves primarily pot-stickers and over have their menu has a vegan option. The vegan option mostly involves using faux versus real chicken as a filling (Masala Chicken, Buffalo Chicken, etc), but they also have a latin-inspired bean filled one and an apple pie filled dessert option. The space is trendy, and the food is fun to share, so it's a great place to go for a night out with friends or date. Cocktails are good, too. My fave pot sticker is the buffalo chicken, but everything I've had has been pretty tasty. The only downsides are the pieces are not that big, so it can add up depending on how many you want to order, and it is busy so usually a wait.
