Close to i25 - Edit
This was a great new chain. A couple miles off i25. I enjoyed the fiesta bowl that I veganized and added some carrots & tofu. Hubby had the only vegan bowl they have the Seoul bowl. They only have one size and it was perfect. We also split the rice crispy treat. It was good. The outdoor patio is dog friendly

Healthy vegan options - Edit
You can build your own salad bowl, and there is one designed vegan bowl, the Seoul Bowl. Most smoothie bowls are vegan. They also have vegan marshmallows. The atmosphere is nice and clean. You can eat in or take out.

They have grain bowls, salads, and açaí bowls. The vegan options are labeled with a V, and you can build your own grain bowl. I had the teriyaki bowl with tofu, and the portion was large. The bowl was delicious. I also had the vegan rice crispy treat which was super yummy! Overall pretty good options and very healthy and tasty.

Delicious Salads and Grain Bowls! - Edit
Clean and fresh food that’s easy to veganize if the already-vegan options aren’t to your liking. Large portions and very filling. Plus, they have a vegan rice krispy-style treat that I’m excited to try next time!
