Cute French creperie - Edit
You can get a vegan crepe and apply it to any of the fillings, sweet and savoury. Lovely rooibos tea. Open on Sunday which seemed a rare find.

Crêperie with two vegan options in the Old Town - Edit
I was about to have a late lunch (at 2 pm) on a Monday with an omnivore friend. There are not too many places in Biel that have vegan options and are open on Mondays, especially for late lunch.

I went for the Thai vegan crêpe option and it was delicious and the size was generous.
It was a pleasant surprise!
Pros: Delicious vegan crêpe, Good place to visit with omnivores

Apart from declaring the buckwheat dough vegan on their website, there are no indications of what's vegan. The ingredient list is pretty clear and show about six salty vegan options (in a separate vegetarian section) and almost 20 sweet ones - you'll have to confirm with your server, though.
