I freaking loved this place!!

One of the number 1 things I miss being plant based is the pastries so was so happy when I found this spot! Beautifully decorated and really lovely service. My almond crossaint was incredible. The only thing I would say is the toilets could be cleaner but everything else makes up for that.

Pros: Delicious food, Instagrammable, Lovely service

Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner

I agree about the missing pastries!
And make cleanliness a priority! Don't put it on your customers!

The bakery of my dreams

I love this place. Everything is vegan and gluten-free, with regular seasonal offerings. Coffee, Ukrainian teas, fresh pressed juices, handmade lemonades, beautiful desserts and traditional Ukrainian dishes. Located between the Strand and Covent Garden, the perfect place for an afternoon pick me up!

Pros: Location, Atmosphere , Pet friendly

just not exactly my taste

I appreciate this place and what these ladies do a lot! Therefore I'm sorry that the cakes I tried just weren't exactly my taste.

While the lemon one was good and only the tiny dough in the middle irritated me a little, the pumpkin one was too weird for me. Cold, cooked pumpkin pieces? not for me.

The chocolate on the outside was delicious both times. The cream in the middle was nice though very similar. Would have loved a bit more flavour.
For the price, I won't be back.

Pros: gorgeous place, amazing looking cakes

Cons: taste just not for me,

Very unique!

Sipping on a strawberry/orange juice/coffee, eating creamy vegan cake, listening to Ukranian music (including at least one I recognised from Eurovision!) and supporting refugees. What's not to love?!
I got the snickers éclair, which was a little dry when I first forked into it then I cracked open the iced top of the cake and got all the creamy caramelly goodness.
I ordered the strawberry bundle - a fruity coffee. Probably not for everyone but I liked it.
At £11 for a coffee and a cake it is a bit pricey, but for a unique independent cafe in London, I think it's worth paying a couple of quid more than you'd pay for generic cake and coffee from elsewhere.

Pricy, but nice cafe!

We stumbled upon this cafe by accident, attracted by the bright pink interior and exterior. Really nice place and the staff was very friendly when describing their pastries and drinks.

Sadly, it was a bit too pricy for us, but it was warm outside so we considered it a small break and shared one small pastry. It wasn't outstanding, but it was very delicious and definitely worth a visit if you're vegan and gluten-free, and want to support Ukrainian refugees indirectly too😄

Beautiful and delicious

I was visiting London from NYC and very glad I ran into this place. There is nothing like this in New York or probably anywhere else in the world! The food and ambiance was gorgeous and the staff was friendly. I got the Snickers eclair which was a huge treat since I can never find vegan eclairs! It tasted so good and was very filling. I also got the pink matcha drink which was lovely.

Pros: Delicious, unique vegan sweets, Lovely ambiance, Refugee- and women-owned

Very nice!

We were looking for a 100% glutenfree cafe and found this one run by a ukrainian refugee. It was very pink (cute) with some plants and nice and comfortable. They cakes were cute to look at, but also quite expensive. We had a fancy cake and a nice drink. Both nice and tasty!

Nice but expensive

Ukrainian vegan and gluten free cafe in London. Perfect if you like pink and expensive, little, pretty cakes! Open recently by Ukrainian refugee. The cakes are really good, ranging from £6 to £12 each. I had a Pistachio one and my partner had a raspberry marzipan.

Unmissable

My third visit and won’t be my last. This is not only the best vegan patisserie in London but has some of the best I’ve eaten anywhere. Yes, they’re more expensive than shop-bought but in my view they are excellent value for money. This is fine baking, pun intended.

Good but so pricey

Staff were very helpful in describing and recommending teas. Very friendly too and everything done with a smile. The tea was good, as was the pistachio tart. But neither was outstanding and they might not be worth the price in some people’s eyes.

Pros: Staff, Presentation , All vegan

Cons: Pricey!

Beautiful

Our first stop with two families for a morning coffee/tea before going into the city. This is an experience in itself. Beautiful options to choose from.
No added sugars is also great for the kids.😄

Cute shop, excellent pastries

I got a passion fruit eclair and a raspberry tart. Both were delicious! Also it’s fully operated by refugees from Ukraine. Service was very polite. Highly recommended!

Very instagrammable, but that's all

I am very sorry for such a low rating, but I did not enjoy the cakes. For me they were lacking flavour and wasn't sweet at all. I can understand the high price of the cakes, sice they are very pretty and elaborated, but definitively too much for such bland flavours.

AMAZING cakes and tea!!!!

Exquisite pastries here are a real treat. Every mouthful is bliss and the vegan cream in these cakes is every bit as good as cow cream, and NOT the usual fake-tasting vegan cream. This is extremely high quality cake making, but vegan. Also, the staff are Ukrainian refugees and really nice.

Pros: INCREDIBLE cakes, Supporting lovely Ukrainian staff

Cute & Fun!!

The atmosphere is so cute, the treats are so fun!!! Although the funnest looking ones are the hard chocolate coated cream filled ones, the winner for me was the tangerine tart! it was sooo creamy and had so much flavour! I would definitely come back just for that alone, but i want to try even more. Yum!

Spenny but a lovely treat!

Had the snickers eclair which was lovely although maybe a bit dark for my tastes. Great options. Expensive and the tables really needed a clean but I’d definitely come back.

Amazing Find

Randomly found this spot while walking around London and absolutely loved it! Such warm & friendly service, lovely decor & atmosphere, and of course not just beautiful but also delicious pastries! Highly recommend a stop here. We were just after breakfast so we took our pastries for takeaway - eclair Snickers and pistachio tart, both fantastic. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Pros: Warm atmosphere & service , Beautiful & delicious pastries, Supporting a good cause

A dream come true

Having read only positive and delighted reviews of this place, I had high hopes but they were exceeded! The place is adorably decorated, conveniently located and the patisserie just blew my mind (and my non vegan, non gluten free friend!).
I didn't even know pastries like this were possible, being vegan and gluten free. So I am truly in awe.
Delicate tasting and not too sweet (which can be a thing with vegan stuff sometimes!). Just downright perfect. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and I'm so happy to pay for that (and the great location).
The teapots, plates and cutlery are just gorgeous and we loved the herbal tea, Carpathian Delight, that we were recommended. It all complemented perfectly.
I think someone else said this but I echo it, this place deserves to do incredibly well and I will be back very regularly! We are lucky to have this in London!

Wow, vegan Ukrainian pastries!

Needed dessert after vegan fast food, so came here. Beautiful pastries! Tangerine tart was amazing. Berry tart was great. Have pistachio tart for later. They could easily be desserts for fine food restaurants!!

Pros: All vegan , Delicious desserts, Priced reasonably

Cons: My con: didn’t have time to try teas

Unique experience!

Highly accomplished patisserie here. Yes, it's pricey but these are perfectly crafted works of art that you won't find anywhere else, not to mention supporting a worthy business in a prime city centre location. All the more impressive for being vegan and GF - I feel sure some people are tempted in without realising.

As another reviewer said, pastry flavours are delicate but they pack a punch on texture and aesthetics. I loved the malty, thirst-quenching buckwheat tea. Pots are big enough to share.

There's loads of seating and staff don't hurry you. I'd have welcomed some music playing for a bit more atmosphere.

Pros: Period products in loo
