We were looking forward to eat here. Sadly the kitchen was already closed 😕. Staff was very friendly it other solutions. The view over the loch is beautiful 😍

Use to go to the Creagan Inn regularly before lockdown.My grandson suggested going today after walking the dogs, unfortunately we were disappointed.
Read moreOne of the party ordered the roast which was on the specials board. Everything on the plate looked like it was put on the plate and reheated in the microwave,the roast potatoes were especially bad. I had the cullen skink and a smoked salmon bagel the bagel was okay but the cullen skink was not good.My grandson had the cheeseburger which he said was fine.
A disappointing experience as we use to really enjoy going there for lunch

If you are anywhere nearby it’s worth a visit. Happily surprised when we got the menu and the food was great!

Lovely setting and amazing food. The choice was good for vegans and it was super filling which was good cos the pudding menu was a bit disappointing!

We were lucky enough to be able to find a table at this great place. Great views over the loch. The food was lovely and there were a few vegan choices.

Finding vegan options outside of large towns was something we were not confident about, so this was a great find. While the options are limited, they are clearly marked. I had the veg haggis, and it was outstanding (pictured). Service was wonderful, and the lochside view can't be beat.

Easy to find - picturesque location - Edit
Warm reception on entrance to restaurant. I had no booking and had no wait time, venue was very busy and lively. Food that I ate was delicious. I had the Quinoa and fruit salad for starter and a vegetable crumble for main. Portions were very generous and reasonably priced. Although not a lot of on menu options, staff appeared to be flexible offering adaptions to menu. I certainly would go back if I was back in the area.

quinoa salad was divine ! - Edit
I was delighted to find a few vegan options on the menu, but as I wasn't very hungry opted for just a starter, the quinoa cranberry salad..... it was divine ! it was so much more than I expected..... a beautiful concoction of salad leaves, quinoa, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and apple, the chef should be very proud of this wonderful creation ! I wish we'd had time to indulge in this wonderful restaurant again, maybe next year.....
