Vegan sushi? In the Midwest?? - Edit
First off, very fancy place. Would be a good spot for friends/family out of town, possibly a date night. The views of the river are really nice. The menu is, as other reviewers said: somewhat confusing. They have a plant based section but it’s more about the meat in dishes being plant based. Many of them still have egg/dairy.
Read moreOne of the more frustrating things about this place is the up charge to “make it vegan.” I almost ordered an impossible/plant based burger but they charge extra for plant based cheese. That’s fair, no prob. But you HAVE to do that to eat the burger because included in that charge is to make the bun plant based as well. So dumb.
The good parts are they have an entire section devoted to vegan sushi. The roll I had was worth going back for, easily. Not only was it presented well but the taste was REALLY good. I found it comparable to vegan sushi I had in Seattle, which was previously the best I’ve ever had.
Pros: Excellent vegan sushi, Nice views/decor
Cons: Expensive, Having to pay extra for a vegan bun is idiotic

Parmesan fries were superb - Edit
The vegan Parmesan fries were very very good. There are a few vegan main dishes although their menu is a bit confusing, “plant based” items can contain dairy.

Incredible vegan sushi and fries - Edit
the vegan crave rolls and vegan avocado rolls are simply perfect, probably some of the best vegan sushi I have ever eaten. The vegan truffle parmesan fries are even better than the normal ones according to my friends. Definitely the best place for vegan food in the area!

Favorite vegan restaurant after 3 weeks of traveling. - Edit
We been on the road traveling out West and seeing the country for three weeks. Crave was by far the best restaurant we’ve found. Two pages of vegan options in the menu. The salads were fresh, the sushi and flat bread were also delicious.
Read moreGive Crave a try. You will not be disappointed.
Pros: Fresh salads, Loaded vegetable sushi roll, Upscale restaurant on the river
Cons: There is no Crave near where we live.

Fancy Vegan Food - Edit
This place is fancy!! 💎 I ordered curbside pickup because I have my dog with me, so I probably didn’t even get the full extravagant experience. They food was still absolutely delicious. Best place I’v eaten on my whole trip. They have a whole section of the menu for vegans/vegetarians. They made something as simple as a stir fry burst with flavors! 🤤

Great Options - Edit
Great vegan options! However, they haven’t updated their prices. Other locations have reduced their vegan prices considerably. The current prices aren’t worth it. Service was not great either.
