Highly recommended pizza! - Edit
With not many vegan restaurants on the northern end of the Gold Coast I was excited and surprised to find a (fully loaded) vegan-friendly pizza on offer at such an unassuming little restaurant inside the Helensvale Homeworld complex, where Pizza Capers used to be. There were 3 different vego pizzas on the menu with one specifically designed for vegans. The pizza we ordered was actually the Vegetarian with Vegan cheese instead of cow milk cheese, which came to just shy of $25 for the larger size. You would expect an epic pizza for that much and it totally exceeded our expectations. It's definitely up there in my top 3 favourite vegan pizzas on the Gold Coast. Possibly even top 2, the other favourite can be found at Doko Demo V toward the more Southern end of the Gold Coast. The pizza was loaded with so many veggies, olives, pineapple, onion, mushrooms, a whole bunch of ingredients. The cheese was melted, sprinkled on the sauce as well as on top of the veggies. I really enjoyed the base as well and there are gluten free bases available which I would like to try.
