Nice curry

We came here after visiting the memorial garden close by. The perfect place after a long stroll! They offer a vegetable curry set with salad which they can make vegan when requested. The staff was super friendly and open about being vegan.
The shaved ice looks great too but we were to full to try it! It's on our plan next time.

Pros: Super friendly staff

Cons: No vegan/ vegetarian labeling

The BEST Shaved Ice I've Ever Had

The first time I came here, I asked if they could make it without any dairy (they usually use condensed milk and include dairy ice cream for some types) and they said they could. My first try was the Kuromitsu Kinako type. It was HUGE and absolutely delicious! I was worried it wouldn't be sweet enough without the condensed milk, but there was no need to worry! It was so sweet and flavorful, and perfect for a hot summer day. My husband and I shared it as it was gigantic and we were both incredibly satisfied. The next time we went, we tried one that had spices like ginger and cardamom. It was alright, but I MUCH preferred the first one I tried. They have lots of other flavors too like strawberry and blackcurrant. I will be back!!!

*This shop tends to get VERY crowded on weekends and holidays when the weather is warm. I recommend going on a weekday if you can.

Pros: Amazing Delicious Shaved Ice, Able to make vegan if you ask, Outdoor Seating

Cons: No vegan labeling, so you have to ask, Maybe too big for one person (good to share!), Can be crowded on weekends/holidays
