Amazing food - Edit
Incredible vegan options and deserts too. It’s in a tennis club area - makes perfect sense to eat a healthy nutritious meal in an athletic field. You do not need to be a member of the tennis group to eat here.

I have eaten here a couple times and a friend has come by many times whom recommended this restaurant to me. Was a great option after a day of kayaking.
Recommend stopping by if you’re in the area - but also worth the drive to visit!!

I meant to write this when it happened. I was honestly so upset, I just felt at the time that I wouldn't even give Counter Culture any of my time or energy. SInce I just came across the name again, I thought I need to vent. I resumed a plant based eating lifestyle back in July/2023. We moved to Vero Beach in February/ 2023. Trying to find a restaurant that serves any variety or quality in a vegan meal in this area is very challenging. I had high hopes for Counter Culture. I never actually found out how the food is there. My husband and I went at a time when the restaurant was empty. We were seated. And then we waited..................................................a very long time. Nothing else happened. Noone came to our table to bring us anything or see what we would like. I mean, NOTHING and NOONE!!! We sat patiently for a while, and then I said, let's just leave this crazy rude establishment that made us feel invisible! I was so bitterly disappointed that I didn't get to try the food there. I could never step back in this place after they completely ignored our presence. That is, of course, unless the manager sees how upset I am and wants to do the right thing. Invite us back on the house, and give yourselves a chance at redemtion.

Delicious, friendly, accommodating, relaxing vibe - Edit
The owners treat you like family and have been vegan chefs for many many years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is always delicious. You can bring your non-vegan friends who can eat off of the non-vegan side of the, menu. But once they are there, they usually choose the vegan side. They have plenty of delicious, vegan foods that they make from scratch. I love sitting outside under the shaded overhang and watching people play tennis even though I have never been into tennis. I just love the chill vibe.

Delicious! Half the menu is vegan. Diverse options including pasta, salad, grain bowls, veggie burgers, sandwiches. Great homemade sauces, tea and don't forget to check out the desserts. Healthy, whole foods, not junk food.

The only full plant based menu in vero. Very fresh and delicious menu as well. Super friendly staff and owners and its a cool atmosphere at the courts. The mushroom French dip is amazing!

The go-to spot for vegan food in Vero Beach - Edit
In fact, CounterCulture offers Vero's only whole food plant-based & vegan anti-inflammatory menu. Chef Anthony Damiano is professionally trained with many years of experience. The facility is very nice, located inside a ritzy private tennis club, however, the restaurant is open to the public. Everything on the menu is good, although I found the Mother Earth Bowl surprisingly bland. The Vegan Veggie Pizza is outstanding. They regularly have specials. You have to order at the bar, then they bring it out to you. Vero isn't a particularly vegan-friendly town, so we're very happy that CounterCulture is here.

Tasty Vegan Options - Edit
My friends lived right across the street so they took me out for lunch. I ordered the Sod Buster sandwich since it's their award-winning WFPB sandwich and it was delicious. I loved the sweet potato fries too. I ordered the WFPB veggie burger and baked fries for dinner the next night for takeaway and it was also tasty. I topped it off with a small vegan brownie which was heaven! I loved having so many good WFPB options and the chef/owners are friendly and helpful.

They have plenty of fabulous comfortable outdoor seating which includes regular tables, and high top tables, loveseats, seating around a fire pit. Bonus is that you get to watch people play tennis while you’re eating in the shade.

This place is awesome. They have both vegan and non vegan/vegetarian options. The vegan menu has a great selection. Everything is super fresh and the owners source their produce from a local organic farm that practices regenerative agriculture. The owners are the chefs of both the food and pastries! Very friendly staff and nice location on the tennis courts.

Best vegan food in Vero! - Edit
Such a gem of a place in Vero Beach! So many vegan/whole food plant based options we had a hard time deciding what to order. The Italian poke bowl was amazing along with the Buffalo cauliflower and black bean sweet potato chili, we also had the non vegan person in our group order the impossible burger and they loved it!
