Cotswold vegan bakery is always our first call at the vegan markets, the cakes are so prettily decorated and delicious! My favourite is lemon and elderflower, but they're all fabulous.

Swindon Vegan Fair - Edit
We grabbed three cookies from their stall at Swindon’s Vegan Fair. I loved their white chocolate and raspberry and double chocolate cookie. Very yummy!
Read moreI brought my own Tupperware container to put them in and they did go a bit soft overnight, so if any zero waste customers are going and planning to eat it the next day, I recommend bringing a piece of bread to put inside or bringing a wrap/bag type container instead. It was good to see the vender used recyclable packaging

I have eaten plenty of cake from CVB and it has all been delicious. The flavours are interesting, the sponge is always light and fluffy, and the designs are simple and elegant.
