Excellent vegan meal in non-vegan restaurant

Despite my best efforts I cannot get my elderly father to eat vegan food, so we settled on Cote for dinner on 15th May. The staff were excellent and the menu clearly marked all vegan options. It was refreshing to see options for all courses. I started with a warm tomato and courgette salad, with chick pea based croutons - sadly they would not give me the recipe for the croutons! Main was a mushroom bourguignon which was delicious and for dessert a chocolate salted caramel tart with vanilla ice cream - which I shared with my dad, who agreed it was delicious ( a win for veganism) I would highly recommend this restaurant

Pros: Choice of vegan options for all courses, Food was delicious, Staff were very helpful

Cons: A little noisy, but the restaurant was full
