Rare Option in N'Djamena

My first few weeks in N'Djamena were self-catering only. Produce from markets. Côté Jardin will feed you and kindly. By my second visit, they were willing to customize for me: spaghetti without sauce, pizza crust and tomato sauce. There is a vegetable platter, two different ones, if the vegetables are available. Kind people, even if they think I am nuts. Correctly.

Pros: Best in town, maybe in country

Cons: Tchad is simply all-meat, all the time
