Pleasantly Surprised - Edit
A variety of plant milks, plenty of vegan food, and everything clearly labeled. We had an oat milk cappuccino, oat milk iced latte, a beef wrap with guacamole and 2 cookies and it came to just shy of £18 and all tasted great 🖤

I was expecting the food to be not very good, but it exceeded my expectations for convenience foods. I had a plant-based beef wrap and chocolate cookie. The meal was relatively cheap, and i'd consider it a fine option when vegan options are limited. Sadly, it was better than many American vegan food places and this is a chain...

Far more vegan options than in the UK. Plenty to choose from, including lovely desserts. All the staff spoke English very well and were very polite. The falafel sandwich, Danish pastry and chocolate cookie were all great.

Habían varias opciones veganas para desayunar, dulces o saladas, y todas tenían muy buena pinta. Yo pedí un brownie vegano con semillas y estaba perfectamente jugoso y, igual que la galleta de chocolate vegana que probé posteriormente, no estaba, afortunadamente, ni seco ni duro, y la porción era de un tamaño adecuado. El ambiente era agradable y la chica que nos atendió fue encantadora. Alrededor de mis vacaciones en Polonia también probé un sándwich vegano y un bagel vegano. Creo que los dos estaban hechos con pollo vegano, y tenían salsa y otros acompañamientos. También pude pedir un latte con leche de soja (tamaño pequeño). En definitiva, todo sabía muy bien y por lo menos tenían algunas opciones.

Basic but more vegan-friendly now - Edit
Great that Costa finally introduced a selection of vegan options. I appreciate that, lately, they've become more vegan-friendly. That said, the vegan options are rather generic and some more variety would be nice. They also often run out of some vegan options, which makes the choice even narrower. Bagel and toast prices are okay (same for the cakes) but coffee with plant-based milk is way overpriced (and, in my view, pretty bad). Also, as usual at places like that, there might at times be some confusion among staff about what is actually vegan. Despite the drawbacks, it's a pretty good place to work at and, most likely, I'll visit again when there's no better option.

Nice pastry and tea and coffee. It was very busy but staff spoke good English and various non dairy milks were available.

Vegan options are really good! - Edit
As of December 2022 there were a bunch of new vegan options added to the menu. There’s about 4 different vegan sandwich options - the tofu baguette, veggie burger wrap, plant chicken bagel and ratatouille bagel. Ive had the tofu baguette and plant chicken bagel and both were really good and quick lunch options. They have two vegan cakes and usually a vegan cookie or two. I looove the spice cake (torcik korzenny).
