The squash tacos hit my tongue and immediately my mouth was on fire. I personally do not like spicy food, but my fiancé does, so we traded. He had ordered the jackfruit empanadas, which were good, but a very small and a bit pricy for what it was. The mojito was good but no fresh mint???? Weird. Quac was salty (which I like) but a small portion for $12.

There are some amazing vegan options including the BBQ jackfruit empanadas and chayote squash tacos. All were delicious! Beware these are small plates of food. I recommend getting two entrees if you are hungry. Service was fast and friendly even for outdoor seating.

Tasty vegan options - Edit
Arrived late afternoon in Lexington in the middle of bad winter weather. Glad they stayed open. There were two starters and two entree options - guacamole and corn chips, trio of dips, jackfruit empanada, and butternut squash taco. All very good. Tasty and made with love. They also had a happy hour for cocktails.

Worth every minute and every penny - Edit
AMAZING!!!! Really one of the best 3 hour afternoon meals I ever had. Friends ordering throughout the afternoon, a terrific bar and a gracious staff were only out done by the quality of the food. Worth a drive from anywhere close. COVID sensitive and compliant, you need to be, too.

Great Appetizers, Lackluster Dinners :( - Edit
I went here on a date with my fiance and found online there were several vegan options. However, the actual restaurant menu does not have vegan items marked so keep the online menu handy. We had the salsa trio, Plantain Empanadas, Quinoa Croqueta, and Cauliflower Al Pastor Tacos for appetizers. These were all really good and had unique flavors that you can't get at other restaurants. The dinner option however, Quinoa Chaufa, had no taste and did not come with the soy sauce dressing. I ended up using salsa to flavor the dish - not worth $12.

Wonderful surprise - Edit
We were visiting Lexington for a weekend and just walked in to this restaurant without knowing anything about it. They have a large sitting area upstairs with the full view of the restaurant below. Food presentation was like from Instagram😄Lots of vegan options. Knowledgeable waiters if you need to further veganize something. I wish I would live closer, I would come often. You can get all Latin cuisine classics but vegan style. Full of flavor and color. Kudos to chef!
