Sad burger - Edit
Patty made from a dough of mashed vegetables that’s been fried to a crispy surface. Falls apart at first bite, little flavour, and generally unsatisfactory. This is how vegan/vegetarian patties were years ago. Half-hearted.
Read moreEven without switching to a more popular meat alternative, the current patty could be so much better if it was made firmer and with some braver herbs and spices.
