Modern Australian veg - Edit
Corella does fantastic high end modern Australian cooking. It has a vegetarian menu that can be made vegan, which changes regularly. On my most recent visit I had some of the best eggplant I’ve ever eaten anywhere! Tucked away in Braddon, I recommend the window seats for people watching. Lovely staff, intimate atmosphere.

Vegetarian menu made vegan. The two waiting staff were lovely and dedicated in providing service. The chefs whipped up the 7 items fast. We fully enjoyed each and every well-designed and well-cooked dish. Flavours, presentation, choice of ingredients were all delightful.

We had the vegan set menu. There were a lot of Australian native flavours, reminiscent of former Paperbark Sydney. A varied menu with the Casarecce one of the nicest pasta dishes ever. Service was very casual for upmarket restaurant, but still very good.

Vegan Fine Dining at it's BEST! - Edit
This is the perfect place to indulge and celebrate with friends and family. The dedicated vegan menu is perfect for those wanting a vegan fine dining experience. It's a great place to take people who are omnivores, as they can still order what they want, but after seeing the vegan menu offerings, most want to do the vegan tasting menu too. So so delicious!
