2-stars Michelin restaurant with vegan menu - Edit
I went there for my birthday after finding out they had an entire vegan menu. I stayed there probably for 3 hours because the menu is huge. It’s the only 2* Michelin restaurant in Madrid which has a vegan option, not cheap but definitely worth it for a special occasion!
