Wish I could recommend it - Edit
When it comes to vegan food, I’m always so excited to have options that I very rarely criticize it. Our meals tasted like nothing. Sorry, but it’s true. Maybe it was just a bad day and I might try it again one day, but neither my husband or I could finish our meals and left to go get food somewhere else.

Close to Broadway & Printers Alley - Edit
The location is walking distance from Broadway and Printers Alley, which is convenient. Large portions, so price justified. Bake vs fry, including French fries.
Read moreOrder at counter, so don’t expect table service. Made to order, however, so not fast food. If you’re in a hurry, might want to order in advance as a “to go order“.
Only food complaint is that we ordered the Asian fusion bowl where you select a base and a protein. They didn’t tell us upfront that quinoa would be an additional dollar.
Serves breakfast all day. Very clean. On side note, they had music videos playing in dining area versus just music and several of the videos were a little too graphic for an eating establishment. While I liked the vibe of the music, I think they could turn off the TV and just have the music. Also 4 stars because staff was just going through motions.

Great desserts that I chose. - Edit
The cheesecake was great and not too sweet so I was thrilled. The tempeh sandwich was ok as it didn’t have hardly any tempeh on mine compared to my husband but they both had lots of huge chunks of sweet potatoes that I was not wanting to taste the whole time. I’m not sure if it was marinara that was on it but it was way too sweet for me as I’m not really big on sweets. The bread rolls they use for the sandwich was so delicious though. I could eat that daily. The workers were so kind and very quick and efficient and made our meal so much better.

Everything plant based right by broadway - Edit
Great location. Food was pretty good but was kind of greasy. The service was kind of slow though and the place was not the cleanest but the food was good. Slightly overpriced but being located in downtown Nashville I’d assume this. There isn’t a lot of indoor dining area (there’s more outdoors). My non vegan friend enjoyed his meal as well which is a plus if you bring someone who is not plant based to eat here. However, their crab cakes did not taste like real crab cakes.

Overpriced and service not great - Edit
I would not recommend . Food was undercooked. Service was slow. Do these people know parking is not free downtown ???? SMH. We waited 25 minutes while people in front of us were served in a timely manner . No tip was given considering I had to carry my own food to the table AND ASK for water since it was empty . Please look for another place to spend $$40.00 for Cold food and bad service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. While many restaurants including ourselves had staffing challenges, this does not excuse our ability to offer outstanding service.

Tasty healthy options! - Edit
I had the aztec bowl which was HUGE and I appreciated the nutritious options. I also had the smores cookie which was delish. I was really happy to find such a place in heart of Nashville close to Broadway which isn’t very vegan friendly. The only downside was my bf has an allergy and the staff couldn’t show us an ingredients list.

Yasmin, We are glad you enjoyed your meal. We have recently revamped our website, https://www.eatcopperbranch.com/menu/#cafes, you can see most of the ingredients on the site. We also have posted by the main registers an allergen list , so apologize if the staff then didn't share that with you. Wowed - Edit
This place really surprised me. Wings were the one thing that I really missed going vegan. So any time I see vegan wings, I order them. These were hands down the best wings I’ve had in my decade of veganism.
Read moreAlso had the pesto flatbread pizza, which knocked my socks off. Partner had the smoked tempeh sandwich and made nearly pornographic happy noises while eating it.
Based on the location and decor, I have to admit we were expecting something more like upscaled fast food. Also, I think the menu descriptions almost played down the dishes.
We’re hoping to eat there a lot while we’re in town. We were too hungry and excited to eat to take photos, but maybe we’ll be able to add some later lol

Good food, overpriced - Edit
The just egg wrap and revolution smoothie were tasty enough but not worth the expense in my opinion. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the menu was easy to read. I thought the service was quick and the servers were pleasant. There was a sign that said they host live music which seemed like it would be a good time.

We are glad you enjoyed your just egg wrap and smoothie, they are some of our favorites as well. Being a vegan and organic restaurant in downtown Nashville our prices are a little higher than those outside of downtown. We work to keep our costs low and comparable to those you would find in the heart of downtown. We hope to see you again at one of our live music nights which is Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun evening from 5- close.

Good vegan food close to Broadway - Edit
So happy to find a plant based option close to my hotel because I was working at a Conference with little time to travel to eat. I had a wrap for lunch which was good, but small. Took a bowl of chili to go to eat for dinner and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Food is a bit different, but good.

Pretty good - Edit
Downtown doesn't seem to have many great options for vegans, so I was grateful to find Copper Branch for something a bit more exciting than a basic Beyond burger. I had to try the poutine and also grabbed a breakfast style sandwich on a bagel, both of which really hit the spot. Food seems very "healthy" but these were two pretty solid carb-y options for lining the stomach before a night out on Broadway.

Food was eh... - Edit
Staff wasn't friendly at all. Seemed like a lot of people were working but it took several minutes to get someone to take our order. We ordered a BACON MAPLE TEMPEH SANDWICH and a COPPER DELUXE. The sandwiches weren't that good. Bun was cold. Fries seemed burnt but were ok.

Extremely Mediocre - Edit
Maybe it was a bad night, but our order was overpriced, sloppily made, incorrect, and plopped into overfilled to-go containers, though we specified that we were dining in. It really bothered me just how poor the food tasted because I was a vegan taking my omni family to eat. I thought this would be a nice place for everyone, but they didn’t even make the right dish for my husband, and my daughter’s “nachos” were basically crushed chips from the bottom of the bag with way too much cheese. This pile of mush and tasteless burger (the wrong one) along with my sloppy and flavorless bowl with tofu (four pieces only) took thirty minutes to make. We were the only ones there when we ordered, yet we couldn’t even get drinks for that long. The employee brought us lukewarm glasses of water with no ice. I have eaten vegan food all over the U.S. and abroad, and I can genuinely say this was one of the most disappointing experiences. I’ll post a photo of the ridiculous “burger” they brought my husband. I will definitely not return and do not recommend the Olive Garden of plant-based restaurants unless you like poor service, microwaved food, and paying too much. I’m giving it two stars instead of one only because the woman who brought the right burger for my husband was nice and actually put it on a real plate and not stuffed into a cardboard box like everything else for which we paid $70 (for two adults and one kid).

So many good options - Edit
I was so grateful just to find a vegan restaurant near our hotel, I wasn't ready for so many delicious options. I was overwhelmed in a good way with all the offerings, but the cashier recommended the Copper bowl. It was very good. I'm vegan, but the rest of my family isn't, but we were all pleased with our choices. The location was very nice. The owner came out as well and was very kind. Proud to support a fellow veteran's business!

OK but plain and overpriced - Edit
Food was OK, nothing special. The Asian bowl was cold (that's apparently normal at this place) and had very little flavor. Pretty expensive. Parking is a challenge! DO NOT park in the lot across the street, it is crazy expensive. You can park at the library in the back and get a FREE validation for 1 1/2 hours. Lesson learned. The restaurant is very clean, new, and modern looking.
