After wiping the crumbs off my table, I had the Nashville Hot Chicken, which is some sort of layered Seitan patty served with soggy breading, cold in the middle on a dry fall-apart bun. It comes with limp, soggy fries that are a little raw. All for the low price if $21.24 before tip. As I was wrapping up, I had the pleasure of being greeted by a mouse. Hate to slam vegan joints but this place is just not good.

Got the Nashville chicken sandwich. The “chicken” had interesting spices and over powered the sandwich. It was almost 18 dollars, can’t really say it was worth the money. The service was pretty strange, it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Very confusing experience. I won’t go back but if you’re a desperate vegan (like I was) maybe ya have to try it lol

Food is always pretty good. Definitely pricey for what it is. Went a couple times at night and the food took a while to come out. A weird sketchy practice of theirs is they will refuse to give you your receipt when you order. They took 40 minutes to bring my food out tonight. I asked about it, and she asked to see my receipt! After telling her I didn’t have it because he told me I couldn’t have it she said she would look. They had my order but it was wrong. I’m typing this review out while they are making the correct order… probably not coming back for a while…

Average boiler plate vegan food. Service was unbearable slow and I was the only person in the restaurant with 3 employees working. All they did was heat up my food in a tabletop oven. Wouldn’t recommend but if nothing else is available it’s palatable.

Great Vegan Pizza - Edit
I didn't realize that Copper Branch started serving pizza but the pepperoni was great, and we enjoyed the cauliflower crust. The pizza's are very tasty and seem to be popular, as several people after us had ordered a few of the other flavors that we will have to try next time. The staff was friendly and the live music was a nice touch.

Vegan Pizza... Yessss - Edit
After looking for Vegan pizza options in downtown Nashville, i tried the pepperoni pizza from Copper Branch. I have tried their other entrees but this was the first time trying their pizzas. I was glad to see they use the BeeHive pepperoni as that is one i am familiar with and like alot. The pizza tasted great especially when paired with a cold pilsner and eating outside on the patio. I look forward to coming back and trying some of their other flavors, especially the Korean Kimchi pizza which has me intrigued.

I had some work at the library downtown and didn't know there was a vegan restaurant inside. I stopped by to grab some coffee and while there saw they had a large selection of breakfast sandwiches. only having recently become vegan, this was one thing I have missed as i used to go through fast food places non-stop for breakfast. I had their ultimate bagel which was very good and i look forward to trying the other sandwiches over the summer. The shift manager who was there this morning with red hair was very helpful.

This is my second time trying this restaurant as the first time was in Montreal. It's great to see this vegan chain growing and coming stateside, as we need more options. The food here was delicious and I was so glad to see they had poutine. The music was a nice touch as the one in Canada did not have live bands. I can't wait to come back and hope that they open one up in Detroit.

Copper Branch exceeded my expectations! The food was incredibly flavorful, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend trying their General Copper Bowl, the general tao in it is amazing, and my husband who is not vegetarian loved it. It was also nice to see the live music they had going. I can't wait to come back and hope they open one up in Atlanta.

Unfortunately, this did not live up to our expectations. Food was barely edible (my sister didn’t eat more than a bite of her tempeh sandwich, nachos had hardly any toppings, hot chicken was a giant very plain piece of seitan (I think - not good)). Service was also not great. Our food took 30-45mins, but didn’t seem fresh and wasn’t hot. Added a star for the live music going on while we were there - definitely cool of Copper Branch to have music!

Walked from Broadway in rain & was greeted by 'it'll be 50 minute wait for food'. Not hello, welcome, etc. Surprised, but not put off. Not so quiet disagreements between all staff near counter. Dropping of dirty dishes by 2 staff, greeter & another who came to help. Just needed to take less to not be so heavy.

Hubs pizza was received in 20 minutes, decent tasting & hot. If he'd waited to eat for mine, his would be cold. It was full 50 minutes for my order.
Suggest just reviewing staff before ordering, says a lot about the outcome.

Ate here twice during a five-day stay in Nashville. The trippy truffle pizza was delicious! All the pizzas as 12". I easily ate this on my own but it would also be good to share if ordered along with some other menu items (like a burger or wrap). I also tasted and loved the portobello mushroom burger, quinoa chili, and falafel wrap. Made to order so waited about 20-25 min each time but well worth the wait. Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas too!

We were greeted very warmly and ordered from the counter. They have a detailed menu laminated or are you can order off the several TV screens. I ordered the chicken sandwich off the TV screen and asked that it look like the picture. Pleased to report that it looked even better than the picture and tasted amazing! I love the feeling of walking into a restaurant and knowing everything’s vegan and not having to negotiate in my mind through a menu on what I can and can’t have. Everything is available here! I love that the french fries were baked and not fried. Very tasty spice on top of the baked fries. My friend had a bowl filled with vegetables avocado grains and greens. Next time I’ll come back and be healthier and try that lol. Definitely will return when I’m back in Nashville😄

Overall good food, quite a few delicious options. The prices are a bit high, but it is downtown nashville after all. They are often very busy and it seems the management is not the best as the service can be slow. They frequently have live music which is pretty fun to go see.
