The pumpkin risotto can also be made vegan upon request. On the lunch menu, the maple and cumin roasted sweet potato burger is available (ask for no tzatziki) on either sourdough bread or a gluten-free bun, instead of brioche. Open Mon-Thu 10:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:00am-11:30pm, Sun 8:00am-9:00pm.

We enjoyed some tasty vegan starters and sides overlooking Coolum Beach: crunchy chips, fresh steamed green veggies and a delicious baked cauliflower and chickpea dish with cilantro.

Read moreI had the burger and changed out the regular fries with sweet potato fries. The burger was ok, a little too 'meaty' for my liking and I would have liked a bit more sauce. The fries were lovely, perfectly salted. Other options on the menu I considered were the Poke bowl (with Quinoa) and pizza.
Service was OK. The view is the best, and was a great refuge after we got caught in the rain!

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while as I knew there were vegan options and good reviews and it definitely didn’t disappoint! I ended up getting the vegetarian deluxe pizza and made it vegan which had really good vegan cheese on it! Other toppings worked so well together- mushroom, spinach, pineapple, red capsicum, red onion and olives. I ended up heating the rest of it up in the oven the next morning for breakfast, just delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try the other vegan dishes!

Lovely to see more Vegan options at local restaurants. The surf club has a few good meals including the Vegan pumpkin pizza and the vegan burger - the view is beautiful and the staff very efficient.

The vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese is very good; the Nasi Goreng not so much. It was missing flavoring of any kind and was basically plain fried rice with a few veggies tossed through, so I'd give that a big miss.
