100% Vegan & Delicious

This vegan business on my radar for several months now, I finally got a chance to try it! They popped up at Reactor Coffee in Lincoln, NE for a (vegan, of course) "BLT Bac'n Off" making & serving up three variations of BLT sliders - tofu, mushroom, & daikon - along with a side of [vegan] dill pickle potato salad & [vegan] fruit pizza. Along with the dinner I preordered from the event menu, I was able to order & pick up some of their [vegan] cinnamon rolls as well, which were also delicious. Founders Lauren Wright and Alexis Jensen take pride in what they do and it is obvious they truly enjoy serving their local sweets and eats, supporting the community whenever they have the opportunity. Conscious Comforts offers "a wide variety of menu items that are accessible to all walks of life. . .100% vegan, 100% delicious, gluten-free options available 🌱🥑💚" Keep an eye out for this place to pop-up near you; no matter what you get, with any of their "nostalgic sweets & eats" your tastebuds are in for a treat! 😋

Pros: Passionate & hardworking owners, community & sustainability-focused scratch kitchen, w/ pick up & delivery every day except Sunday

Cons: Local to the Omaha, NE area, which wouldn't be a con if I lived closer 😉, Mainly pop-up events, the anticipation is real 😫
