Not Bad, Just Boring

They used to have a really fun pizza, but now just have a boring burger and salad. Both taste fine, just could be wayyyy better.

Not good at all, got food poisoning

I am gluten free and vegan when it comes to most things like dairy, etc and I made sure I spoke to someone about my allergies and requests. I only ate most of the fries as well as my daughter which mine should have been cooked in a separate fryer, not even 45 minutes later my poor little one was doubled over in pain and could not move, throwing up all over we were lucky we made it back to the hotel room, then not even two hours later, I started to sweat, really bad cramps in my stomach and that was it, I had to delay flights and extend my stay because I could not get out of bed for over two days. Horrible experience.

Connections

Connections Eatery is located next to Guardians of Galaxy and Test Track.

Entrées include California Harvest Burger, which is a plant-based Impossible burger on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and a plant-based Dijon mayonnaise. They also offer a Niçoise style salad that has crispy mixed greens, wedge potatoes, tomatoes, olives, green beans, white beans, and a Dijon vinaigrette. To top it off, they offer a non-alcoholic mango coconut milkshake.

Pros: Vegan milkshake, Air conditioning

Cons: Impossible GMO burger

Not memorable

There are a few plant based options in the menu. We chose the California burger, which had good flavor but the bun was dry, taking away the joy of eating a burger. The coconut-mango smoothie is vegan and was truly great. It’s an ok option for Epcot.

Pros: Some vegan choices, Food well labeled, You can order digitally with the app

Cons: The food court is packed at times and hard to find

Just Okay

Tried the Curry Spice Pizza. It was okay. I felt the portion size, 2 very large slices, was way too big, the flavor just became too much for me. Also, the pizza was too carb heavy of a meal. The taste was fine, just way too much of the same thing. I would like it better if they just gave you the option to only get one slice of pizza and a side salad or some fruit. I did love that it was something other than an Impossible burger though. Next time, I will definitely split an order of pizza with my partner and order a side salad or cuties to go with it.

Pros: Multiple vegan options, Something different than regular theme park food, Large portion to split or if you’re very hungry

Unique vegan options

There are a few different vegan options here, but I only tried the curry-spiced pizza. I really liked it! the lime "yogurt" is very good and refreshing. I would definitely go back to try the other vegan options, the Mango-Coconut Milk Shake sounds so good!!!
