Excellent coffee and vegan breakfast - Edit
High quality espresso drinks with coconut and oat milk options. Elevated rotating brunch menu with some clearly labored vegan options (chilaquiles, potatoes, avocado toast). Food is a little pricy but worth it in my opinion, it definitely has a fine dining feel. They also have some vegan pastries.

Good coffee and marked veg options - Edit
They have a very spacious dining area and an open kitchen, and pretty well decorated too. They had two 'winter special' coffee drinks, and their menu said both could be made vegan. We tried the butterscotch one and it was a bit too sweet for our tastes but was still nice. They also had lots of plant milks for standard espresso drinks.
Read moreTheir food menu had three options marked as 'vegan' or 'vegan by request'. We already had lunch so didn't try the food though, but it smelled nice.
I got a pourover and the lady at the register helped me pick a bean to my tastes. They put the pourover in an insulated coffee pourer with a small cup that kept it warm.
A very nice place to spend an afternoon!
Pros: Vegan options, Plant milks
