Great atmosphere, good food - Edit
The restaurant has a really nice vibe and the staff was super friendly. I had the vegan taco trilogy and a lemon strawberry lemonade. Everything was delicious. I paid 205 pesos for both, so the price was totally ok, but they also have quite expensive (non vegan) food.

Not super vegan friendly but yummy - Edit
Very nice staff that tries to help you find vegan options on the vegetarian card. I had the Mexican salad and filled zucchini which came with pineapple, so watch out if you’re allergic! 🍍

Offers some good vegan options - Edit
This is a great option for vegan food in a small town that isn’t hugely vegan-friendly! The friendly and helpful staff were able to offer options for vegans by substituting or removing items from things on the vegetarian menu even though there was very little specifically vegan on the menu. We had some amazing vegan nachos which came covered in fresh ingredients and a generous portion size.

Friendly staff - Edit
Went yesterday with my fiancé after spending all day in Chichén Itzá. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. The menu includes one clearly marked vegan burger but the staff can veganize other dishes on the vegetarian menu upon request. They also had a vegan chocolate dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious and the staff was very attentive. Based on what I read of the previous reviews, it seems they’ve really stepped up their effort to accommodate veg diners.

Not bad ... for a little town - Edit
The service was very nice at the begging. Then I asked some veggie nachos, lasagna veggie & vegan burger. Veggie nachos was the only thing I was able to enjoy. Lasagna was made with BANANA (seriously when?) and tomato sauce. No pasta in between. Super sweet felt like a dessert. I asked polite to return the lasagna because it’s not a regular one. Burger was DRY, hard to eat, not really any taste. Really not coming back. At least I didn’t pay for the banalasagna Only nice things - nachos & fries

veg food - Edit
Has a vegan burger on the menu. Note that the chef will skip what ever on the vegeterian dish and veganize the food without ading missing things. What i mean is that if you take out mayo out of a burger maby you need to ad something to not make it dry or of you take cheese out of pasta ad some salt and so on.

Vegan burrito! - Edit
Conato has a really good vibe with a nice outdoor courtyard area. There is a whole veg section on the menu which can be veganised. The staff are super lovely and accomodating, just ask for no queso, crema or leche when ordering vegan.

Great Experience - Edit
Although this restaurant provides the usual meat and fish options, there was a whole section designated to vegetarian food - a fair few of which could be made vegan. We enjoyed a 1/2 portion of nachos which was big enough to share, and guacamole with chips. There was also a live jazz band which added to the already lovely atmosphere. You can sit inside, on the roof terrace over looking the music stand and garden, or in the garden itself. We plan to go again before leaving Valladolid.

awesome flavors!!! - Edit
Best veggie burger in all of Valladolid, ask for a vegan one. Because they will add mayo if you dont, also would highly recommend the Panuchos. Crazy art decor to match the wonderful flavors.
