Apparently always a vegan dish on the menu

I loved this space!!! A welcoming smile and a lovely community vibe. A large cafe with an even bigger side room. You can bring your extended family along, haha! Cheap and friendly food, using ingredients that would otherwise be thrown away. Sadly no vegan cakes/desserts…that was a downer! Bring your keep bowl or cup for takeaway and coffee! Buy one meal and get one FREE!!

Pros: Relaxed community feeling, Down to earth meals for a reasonable price, Huge relaxed cafe space

Cons: No vegan cakes/desserts, Difficult location to find, nothing much around

Welcoming for everyone

I love the concept of this place, they use rescued food. Most of their dishes are vegan or vegetarian, they only serve meat if it would otherwise go to waste. Their dishes are homey and down to earth. You can also buy a voucher for people who cannot afford a dish. The atmosphere in the eating area but also in the whole Shaere space is very nice and welcoming.

Pros: Many vegan options , Very fair prices, Awesome sustainable concept

Homely vibes & meals

Very cozy and quirky place located in an old office building, you can find dance studios, workshops, meeting hubs, art, urban gardening projects etc. here, and on top of that they distribute veggies, bread and other saved goods next to the community kitchen where they prepare meals, cakes & smoothies from "food waste" ingredients. Meals have a very homemade vibe to them, prices are fixed, and there is always a vegan lunch item, unfortunately they didn't have vegan cake on the day I was there, but honestly I've never seen that kind of round courgette in any conventional supermarket around here, so the food was very unique to me as well. Seating area is huge and very charming, all the furniture looks vintage.
