No vegan options - Edit
There we’re only two vegetarian options. When we asked about the vegan options he asked us if we would like chicken.

Good for a quick lunch - Edit
Food is cheap and service is quick. Not a whole lot of vegan options. Basically curry and rice. Friendly service.

cheap lunch - Edit
I have to agree that there's little point in this being on Happy Cow; it's nothing you can't get at any other Vietnamese place and it's not clear what is vegetarian/vegan here. I rarely go there as I much prefer Dolores (around the corner).
Read moreThat said, if you find yourself near Alexanderplatz with a hunger for something simple and satisfying without spending a lot, this is a great option. The lunch menu in particular is shockingly cheap and at least as good as a lot of the more expensive options in the area.
Pros: cheap, cozy atmosphere
Cons: veg items not clear, can be crowded

Good food for a cheap price - Edit
The only problem in this restaurant is the lack of english/german skills of the staff. However, the food tasted great (I had spring rolls and noodles with tofu) and the price is very good. Of course you can find better and more special vegan food in Berlin, but it's a good place to go when in alexanderplatz with meat-eaters!!

Disappointment - Edit
This vietnamese restaurant should not be on happy cow. The waitress hardly spoke german or english and didn't know what vegan is! I asked if I could get the mango lassi without milk and joghurt but she said thats not possible. First big disappointment. The menu is difficult to read and there is nothing declared vegan. Of course you find somethinh, for example summer rolls that taste old and dry and you can order dishes with tofu instead of meat, but you can have this in EVERY asian restaurant in berlin, so why is this on happy cow and others, wich are much better, like for example saigon new in Prenzlauer Berg, not?
