Cool Colin's! - Edit
Colin's is tucked down the bottom of Chepstow town on a pedestrian only street. There are disabled parking bays on another street close by and a car park a little further away.

The team are still learning as they haven't been open very long, but we were served with smiles and the food was of a good standard.
We had a coke float, strawberry milkshake, crumpets with salsa and cream cheese, crumpets with kimchi and cream cheese and then the highlight of the visit, the lemon and basil ice cream.
I think Colin's will really come into it's own in the summer with their excellent and gelato esque ice cream selection. I look forward to returning.
