Delicious Vegan Crepes - Edit
We stopped by Cokofu on our last day in Okinawa on the way to the airport. We had the Crème Brûlée crepe and the Purple Sweet Potato crepe. Full of creme and really delicious!

Creamy crepes - Edit
The crepe I had was chock-full of chocolate, strawberries, and cream and was really tasty. The café is takeaway only, but it's definitely worth it.

Amazing crepes - Edit
It’s a small place that was filled to the brim when we arrived. Yet our order was not a long wait, and for sure worth the small drive out to cokofu. They have shaved ice, crêpes, smoothies and other sweets. Out of the sweet potato, crème brûlée and mixed nuts crêpe, the crème brûlée was my favorite. We arrived around 4pm and they sold out shortly after we arrived so beware of that happening some days. Their crêpes come with many different (~15) fillings and I definitely want to get back to try more!

Gluten heaven - Edit
Someone brought me their Cokofu. A blend of Okinwan brown sugar, coconuts and traditional Japanese food raw "Fu" - which is pure wheat gluten.

I never thought I could have raw "Fu" in Okinawa.
Pros: Not following gluten-free madness, Tasty

Cool Cokofu Cafe!!! - Edit
Cokofu Café is a very new (recently opened early in August, 2017) vegan café that has opened in Urasoe, Okinawa. It is sooo cute inside and sells amazing little snacks called Cokofu. They're light and crispy little balls, and they come in a variety of flavours such as brown sugar, coconut sugar, citrus, coffee and mulberry leaf (plus some others). You can also get a range of drinks there. It's a beautiful little spot to pop into and you can get some little souvenir boxes of Cokofu to take with you. Definitely recommend this place!
