They have a whole vegetarian page on the menu where most things can be made vegan. They also had 3 different vegan desserts!! 😍 We got the vegetable soup, the Bràs, the alheira & bolo de boulacha and it was all VERY tasty! Would highly recommend!😄 It was also very cheap, we spent 15 euros each!

Such a lovely place with amazing food. I had the vegan Brás and it was amazing. I was told that everything on the vegetarian menu can be made vegan.

Opciones veganas tradicionales adaptadas - Edit
Tienen una página del menú enteramente vegetariana y se puede adaptar a vegana si lo pides. Son todo opciones (muy) libremente inspiradas en platos tradicionales con carne y la verdad es que me sorprendió muchísimo lo bueno que estaba. Pedí el bolo de caco con alheira vegana (adjunto foto) que no se parecía nada al plato tradicional pero estaba buenísimo.

Surprised by the amazing food and wine - Edit
This is such a cute restaurant and the family running it so super nice! They served me food even when it was already closing time and gave me some advice as well when I asked about a walking route. The vegetarian bras i had deserves 100 stars!! It was super yummy and the wine amazing as well.

Delicious Feijoada! - Edit
Was very surprised and super-happy to find this right in the lower historic center of Coimbra. They listed it on the chalkboard as vegetarian Feijoada (traditional Portuguese bean stew), but it was completely vegan... and so delicious! I know they rotate different meals, so hopefully they have it when you come. But the owner assured me that they have vegan options available every day. Highly recommended!

A cute little family place. I had a “vegetarian bras” and it was just great. There are a few veggie dishes put on the menu with a possibility to prepare them vegan. House wine and cakes (although I don’t know if the cakes are vegan).
