Lovely little cafe and bar - Edit
Vegan options, plant milk. Had the vegan breakfast wrap and it was delicious (and very filling!). Nice cosy decor and friendly staff too.

Could have made me very ill - Edit
If like me you’re a vegan who also has coeliac disease be very careful. They have things marked as VV and GF but the GF means you can substitute the toast for GF bread ... but the vegan sausages in the vegan breakfast that is marked VV and GF have gluten in them. It was only a last minute thing that I asked. I could have been extremely ill. The waitress we had serving us was lovely but another old waitress with black hair got involved and was rather blunt in pointing out that GF just means there’s a gluten free substitute, which sure is what it says on the front of the menu. What the menu doesn’t say is that GF substitute doesn’t necessarily apply to the whole meal - well what’s the point then? I’m not gluten free for only a part of the meal! So I had a baked potato with baked beans ... only the potato wasn’t properly cooked. I shan’t be bothering again. And that’s not just because there wasn’t something I could eat. It was more the attitude of the older waitress for whom I was clearly a pain in the backside. And that makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. So sadly that was my last visit.
