Low quality food & poor service - Edit
Went for the plant-based burger, the patty itself was cooked well and was tasty, but the rest of the burger components were low in quality and whole thing became very sloppy with sauce and mayo. Fries were terrible; soggy & cold. Very long wait time both to order and collect food, staff disinterested and unfriendly.

The cafe in the park not quite keeping up with demand! - Edit
Over the years this cafe has had a pretty crap reputation amongst the large local veggie and vegan population. The cafe has gone through various management changes and the present one is of efficient and professional the staff who were friendly and helpful but there is still only one proper vegan option per day. It was a rather tasty beatroot burger with a plain salad in a bun with chunky sweet potatoes that were too big to be called chips and too flat to be called wedges, but with a dusting of salt were tasty and done just right, not at all greasy. They were also able to furnish me with a good cup of earl grey tea with plenty of soya milk.

not so vegan-friendly - Edit
this cafe is located in a park close to our airbnb so we went there for our first English breakfast, there isn't a vegan breakfast, there's something vegetarian with spinach but who wants that for breakfast? we took a latte with soya milk which costs about 2 pounds

Cons: expensive, very few vegan options
