With golden burro closed, leadville is a vegan desert. My joy in finding a vegan brownie was enhanced with ut being one of the best vegan brownies I've ever purchased. Woo hoo!!!
came here after a hike and got the vegan burrito and vegan brownie. the burrito was pretty good but not a huge fan of corn. regardless I scarfed it down. brownie was delish!! vegan milk options as well
They had two types of baked goods that were vegan. I got the brownie and it was amazing. They also had vegan breakfast burritos. They had soy milk as an option which is not always common.
Open on New Years' Eve which is cool, but the vegan burrito was pretty dry with just sweet potato, black beans, & corn. The coffee is weird. But they have the cutest bear carvings :}
This place had a few vegan options to choose from. They have a vegan sweet potato, corn, and black bean burrito. For pastries, there was a pumpkin pecan bread. They had lots of different coffees and teas with options for vegan milk. Vegan options are hard to find in this town, so this was a reasonable place for a vegan lunch.
Cute local coffee shop with super tasty vegan options - Edit
In a small town like Leadville, a coffee shop & cafe like this one should be noted for vegans coming through. Multiple non-dairy milk options for drinks (almond, oat, soy), super delicious vegan pastry options (only a few out of their total selection are vegan, but the options they do have are really great), and cafe items like the vegan burrito and vegan hummus veggie sandwich. They do serve animal products, but I would consider them veg-friendly and a great option when stopping in Leadville for coffee and a bite. The shop itself is also a great place to do work, offering free WiFi and good vibes.

Disappointing food - Edit
I planned to avoid the food here based on previous reviews but I was pressed for time so I got the vegan burrito to go.
Read moreIt’s sweet potato/black beans/corn with no spices or sauces. Not worth paying for imo. Also, there was a vegan tax for plant-based milks for coffee.

Skip the food - Edit
Two vegan options, the vegan burrito which was premade barely heated back up and without flavor. And the vegan brownie which was good.
