Chuy's offers a vegan option that's hard to find normally

Chuy cares about his vegan customers. Although the restaurant serves traditional meat burritos, he offers a vegan option that includes vegan Mexican rice! A calabacitas burrito is an unusual offering in the first place for most Mexican restaurants but very appreciated. Calabacitas is a blend of squash, peppers, zucchini, corn and onions.
Chuy takes great pride in his authentic Mexican food and is so friendly and accommodating! Thank you Chuy ☺️

Pros: Great vegan burrito, Friendly service

Cons: Need to drive if you are staying in Old Bisbee
