Everything is vegetarian, some things are vegan. The staff speaks English, so you can ask them.

No vegan options - Edit
Il posto è carino e loro gentilissime (parlano anche inglese), però non hanno nessuna opzione vegana. Per una panetteria mi aspetto opzioni vegetariane di default ma se siete vegani non perdete tempo :/

A bit underwhelming - Edit
It is nice to visit a meat-free bakery in Taiwan. There are many small baked items that are perfect to buy as snacks. There is also a large seating area to sit and eat. However, there are very few vegan options, and most items are made with refined white flour. The two savoury baked breads that I bought had veggie and cheese toppings, and were made with the typical Taiwanese highly-refined white (and slightly sweet) bread. It would be nice if they could offer a few more vegan, gluten-free, or wholemeal options, as this would make it much more appealing and add variety.

Only a few vegan options - Edit
It’s really a shame that this bakery doesn’t offer more vegan items than it does. Almost everything has milk, and some contain egg. Of the three options they offer, I got the soy sauce stewed roast pastry since it sounded the most unique. Like the other two, it has mung bean paste, but it also has tofu skin, mushrooms, winter melon, and stewed roast sauce on the inside and sesame seeds on the outside. It’s very hearty and filled to the brim! I had it for dinner with some stir-fried veggies and felt quite satisfied. I’m sure they could make more great vegan products if they put their mind to it.
