Heaven on earth when travelling through the meat country. - Edit
Very rich and delicious vegan food. Even as a non vegan, you discover that one does not have to miss out on any food delight when the food is cooked like here. We were in Salta for two weeks and went here almost every day. Not once we were dissapionted. We even made out meat loving families jalous with the pictures. Every day there is a different menu of the day for 380 pesos (almost 6 euros) with a entrada, a principal and a homemade limonade. Go and enjoy!

Delicioso, ya vine tres veces y volveré cada vez que pase por Salta. Menú del día a 350$ con platos ricos y elaborados, siempre bien presentados, vienen con jugo. Agrégale un postre y es lo más. No te lo pierdas!

Good food, wine isn't vegan - Edit
This is a great vegan restaurant in Salta. The food is creative, regional and tasty.
Read moreI would give it 5 stars, but we found out that the wine the restaurant offers (Nanni) is not vegan. The owner said it is, but we went and asked at the winery itself and they use egg protein in all of their wines.
Pros: Amazing creative vegan foods

Cozy spot with delicious food! - Edit
Lovely place a few blocks from the central square of Salta city. Staff is super friendly and will gladly explain everything on their menu and recommend dishes. Portions are generous. So many of the dishes sound amazing and look so too, but I was on my own, so I ordered their muy macho parrillada for two (adapted for one person), a traditional purple corn-based drink, and their mango mousse for dessert,
Read moreThe parrillada was hearty and filling. The perfect comfort food during a chilly and rainy Saltan afternoon. It was a mix of cooked veggies like mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and Andean potatoes topped with tomato and avocado as well as small pieces of their quinoa milanesa. The dish was tasty, though it could have had a bit more flavor. The milanesa had great texture, but lacked flavor in my opinion.
The corn drink was amazing! I highly recommend it. Refreshing and both tart and sweet like a glass of lemonade, but with a unique taste to it. It was also beautifully purple. I've never had anything like it and hugely enjoyed it.
Finally, the mango mousse was quite tasty. I was expecting more of a dessert with added creaminess or something to make pureed mango into a "mousse," but it was really just a cup of mashed mango topped with nuts and shredded coconut. Nonetheless, it was very tasty in the midst of mango season, and made me feel happy about having such a healthy meal.
Overall, this place was a great find. They have a lot of great sounding options on their menu and a very varied range of options as well. The food is fresh and prepared when you order. They use local ingredients and are happy to adapt any dish to your needs. Highly recommend eating here if you find yourself in Salta.
Pros: Varied menu, Tasty, fresh food, Friendly staff

Good food but limited options - Edit
I had dinner here on Tuesday, Nov 13 after 3 days of chick peas and salads. Andean Potatoes were good but maybe I should have asked for picante sauce.
Read moreLasagna was an artistic creation but perhaps a tad more salt and some spices would have been good. I was given couple jalapeño slices but even they weren't spicy! I would suggest they invest in some Tabasco Sauce!
Lady sever was good and served everyone with a smile and patiently answered Qs. Definitely worth a visit while in Salta.
Pros: Vegan, Service with a smile, Good location
Cons: Pricey

Almost perfect - Edit
Two main flaws: 1. The service is excruciatingly slow 2. The smoothies or “licuados” are overly watered and near tasteless. Aside from that, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the place is cute.

Nice place with dishes that have been thought through. I had the lasagna which was amazing, cometely made of vegetables, no flour. My brother had the pad thai which wasn't spicy enough for him though. The lemonade and the raw cake were very tasty aswell!

Came here 3 times during our stay in Salta. The food was beautiful but being there right as they open at night they seem to have lacked meal prep. The second and third time we came they brought out a mini free appetiser for us each. Almost everything was gluten free

So good - Edit
I went there today by myself for lunch and oh goodness. It was so good. I already can’t wait to go back! I want to go back tonight for dinner, but I’m still fully satisfied hours later and was so incredibly full earlier, that I don’t think it’s a good idea.
Read moreIn the US, often times you order an app that says it good for two people and it’s good enough for two to juuuuuust curb your hunger a little. So, I ordered an appetizer and a main. I hadn’t had breakfast and was absolutely starving. Bad idea. I ordered the dolma app and it came with roasted tomatoes, lettuce and arugula, olives, coleslaw, a deeeelicious spread that I put on everything, pickles, and plenty of dolma, at least ten to twelve pieces. I was already full.
Prior to ordering my food, I ordered nut milk, because they didn’t have any pumpkin seed milk. IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING NUT MILK I HAVE EVER HAD. They’ve inspired me to try my hand at making my own at home again.
For my main, I got the eggplant parmigiana. Wow. Honestly all I can say is wow. Came with a (good sized) salad, delicious pumpkin purée (I don’t usually like pumpkin purée too much, but I really wanted the eggplant) and a whole eggplant covered in tomatoes and tomato sauce and topped with a thickkk layer of one of the best vegan cheeses I have had. So good.
I can’t go back today, but I already know I’ll be back tomorrow for the quinoa steak and some flan. I’m leaving Monday and they’re closed, so I think I’ll get some cheesecake and raviolis to go as well.
Pros: Friendly service, Great food, Big portions

long wait, but worth it - Edit
Went for lunch and while the service was attentive, the wait was long (~45 mins) to get our meal, as the restaurant was very busy. However, an amuse-bouche of cashew cream, sundries tomatoes and olives on thin courgette sliced was brought out to everyone who was waiting. The meals (adzuki bean terrine, and quinoa cutlets, both with salad and roasted potatoes) were delicious and the portions generous. The side sauces - a citrus-ginger dressing and baba ganoush - were also really good and added to the meals
