Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole.

Avoid

This Chipotle is poorly managed, under staffed, consistently runs out of food. There is often random cheese in the lettuce and the sour cream on the prep line flicks all over the salsas. It’s not appetizing to watch the staff suffering because they’re slammed, mostly they’re nice kids trying to do their best in a ridiculous situation. FYI the Palm Bay Chipotle is clean, fills orders correctly, and seems adequately staffed. We’ve never had dairy cross contamination there.

Easy and affordable

It's fairly simple to pick up a quick easy meal here if you are vegan or vegetarian, I also like it because it's very easy for me to go out to eat here with non-vegan friends and family.
