Very few and not labelled vegan options - Edit
Food is okay, but there are not many vegan options to choose from. I had to go off happy cow to know what I could order as items on the menu were not labelled (no allergen list was offered either). I tried the mushroom and bamboo dish with white rice and it was decent. There are not many vegan friendly places around, so this is a good option if spending the day in Gernika!

Nice to have an Asian meal in Spain - Edit
It was great to find an Asian restaurant in a small town on the Camino Norte in Spain! The staff were so friendly and really tried hard to provide a great meal. There is a page dedicated to vegetarians and most dishes are vegan.
Read moreWe asked for minimal oil and they did that too. The dishes weren’t very flavourful but they were packed with nice veggies.
Pros: Good vegan menu , Super friendly staff, Quick service, nice atmosphere
Cons: Food didn’t have a lot of flavour but was nice
